Autumn Schemes to warm up your home

Nothing makes a room quite as cosy as warm natural tones, leathers, furs, textures and lighting during the Autumn months! And it comes as no surprise that here at Needwood Living we’re all for these luxurious palettes. Get the look yourself. Here are our top tips!

Bring the outside in:
Incorporate natural elements such as ferns, eucalyptus, pinecones, acorns, and branches into your decor. What’s best is that we have a gorgeous selection of faux flowers and plants in our shops meaning you can bring them out every autumn in years to come.

Rich Fabrics:
Introduce cozy and tactile fabrics such as wool, leather, velvets and faux fur. You can use these materials for throws, cushions, curtains and other upholstery to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Perfect patterns:
Patterns create depth and texture; the perfect combination when creating an autumn interior. Pull in those coppers and browns which are reminiscent of classic fall-time colours to give that cosy and rustic feel. Patterns are great for cushions and throws which can be easily changed as and when.

Autumn-inspired artwork:
Fill your forgotten spaces with artwork that reflects the beauty of autumn, such as landscapes with fall foliage, pumpkins, or autumn harvest scenes. Or if you’re looking for something more abstract, we have plenty of options at Needwood Living that resonate all those gorgeous autumn colours.

Seasonal scents and lighting:
Now the clocks have gone back there’s nothing more wonderful than embracing the darker days with lighting, lamps and candles. Rich-coloured rugs:
Rugs can add both warmth and visual interest to a space, especially if you have a wooden floor.
